CANADIAN REALTOR TOOLKIT / 10-page Canva pack + printable PDF
Open House Kit
Most open houses generate a pile of sign-in sheets and nothing else. This 10-page kit gives Canadian realtors the full system: a two-week countdown, neighbour invitation script and card, day-of setup checklist, printable sign-in and feedback forms, four follow-up scripts, a lead triage worksheet, and a seller results report — all editable in Canva with your own branding. Free Canva account is enough; US Letter, print-ready.
